Will St. Pierre,

VP of Finance

Will is a graduate of  New York University's Stern School of Business and was first introduced to the hospitality industry through his grandfather's restaurant in Connecticut. His formal hospitality career began as an intern with Union Square Hospitality Group working at Shake Shack, Eleven Madison Park and Tabla. Upon graduation, he continued on with the company transitioning from operations into accounting.  

Looking for a change of scenery, Will headed to St. Thomas where he joined the opening team at Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove as  Assistant Controller, helping build the resort’s accounting department from the ground up. After his time in the islands, he returned to New York City and re-joined USHG, spending the next 10 years supporting the company’s growing restaurant operations in a variety of roles, ultimately serving as the company’s Director of Financial Technology and Planning.  

Prior to joining the Apres Cru team, Will most recently served as the Director of Finance for Montauk Asset Holdings supporting the company’s three  restaurants.
