Natalie McDade

Natalie joined the Apres Cru team in October of 2023.  Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade working alongside Tom Colicchio at Crafted Hospitality, in various leadership positions including Beverage Director of Craft, eventually serving as the Beverage Director for the entire company.  Her leadership roles at Crafted grew beyond beverage and culminated in her taking on the Director of Restaurants role, overseeing all facets of the company’s restaurant operations.

Natalie is well versed in the NYC dining scene and has contributed to the success of some of New York’s most beloved restaurants including, Gotham Bar & Grill, Babbo, Marta & Maialino.  In her role at Apres Cru she supports our full service restaurants in New York applying her business acumen and hospitality to help grow our leaders and our businesses in New York and beyond.

When not at the restaurants, she can be found with her son and husband around a crowded and festive table filled with lots of good food, wine and friends.
